Police say an 18 year old from Florida was the victim of a hate crime after vandals spray-painted his home with anti-gay graffiti.

The out former chair of the Duke University Republicans says that he and other former group members face ongoing "intimidation" and "threats," even after his removal as head of the student GOP organization.

Hate crime--or simple prank that got out of hand? Two students at Southern Oregon University, one of them a theater major, have apologized for scrawling graffiti demeaning to gays on the wall of a "gender neutral" floor in a dormitory.
